Andrew Davis is the Executive Director of the Hill Country SPCA. Andrew is dedicated to being a voice for the voiceless. After interviewing for the E.D. position in October 2022 and accepting the job in November, Andrew, his wife Tanya and their senior rescue dog Rumi moved 800 miles west having never been to Fredericksburg. Since becoming the Executive Director of the HCSPCA in December 2022, adoptions have increased 89%, length of stay for cats has decreased 76% and the average length of stay for dogs is down a staggering 282%! Andrew's leadership has transformed Hill Country SPCA into a haven for animals in need. His compassionate approach and strategic initiatives have not only ensured the shelter's success but also paved the way for innovative programs to promote adoption and community involvement. Andrew and the Hill Country SPCA’s mission is to give every pet in the Hill Country the best life
 possible through successful rescue, adoption, community relationships, awareness, and advocacy.
