A gift of Hope

Bubba and Beth were married on July 1, 1972. For the next ten years they lived and worked on several large ranches including the King Ranch in Kingsville, Texas. On August 7, 1982, God called Bubba to preach. Over the past 40 years they served together in several churches in Texas including the First Baptist Church in Boerne from 1992 – 2004. They have also been on several mission trips together over the past 50 years. In 2007 they formed their own non-profit missions organization, Salt Block Ministries, which trains pastors and church leaders in developing countries of the world. They have served in ten nations including Uganda, Mongolia, Peru, India, and Indonesia. Bubba and Beth have two sons, Ben and Dan, and seven grandchildren plus one grandson-in-law. In retirement they now live in Boerne and continue their mission work through Salt Block Ministries.
