Projected Growth of Boerne ISD

Rich Sena of Boerne ISD gave an excellent presentation of how our highly acclaimed school district is doing today and in the future.  After a review of challenges COVID-19 caused major changes in 2020 our schools got back to the business of educating the students in person.  In future is good planning and growth management as our community grows.  The Boerne Rotary club wants to thank Mr Sena for taking the time to educate our members on the inner workings of ISD.

Members of our club assembled the new floating fishing pier that we purchased with the County at Joshua Springs Park the first weekend in May. Special thanks to Mike Arthur, our community Service chair, and his team for working together to provide a great experience of giving back to our community.

ImageHappy Birthday to Dillon Snell!

Dillon has been a Rotarian in our club for decades and he literally wrote the book on the foreign exchange for Rotary. We were all very excited to have him come to our club assembly where the club presented him with a check for $1,000 to the Rotary International Foundation in his honor.

Dillon also brought his Daughter Ann, nephew Norman and former exchange student to our club from 1980, Marion from South Africa.
